Event Highlights:
The AMCHAM Digital Innovation & Enablement Committee hosted a session on using artificial intelligence in everyday business workflows. The speakers introduced several AI tools and explained how they support different types of work. They also covered techniques for writing effective prompts and improving AI-generated responses.
Three volunteer representatives presented workplace challenges from the manufacturing, marketing and public relations, and legal sectors. Using these real-worlds scenarios, the speakers demonstrated how refining prompts can produce greater accuracy and relevant AI-generated responses. Participants also explored practical workplace applications of AI through an interactive discussion with the speakers.
