Event highlights:

More than 40 emerging business leaders gathered for an intensive two-and-a-half-day leadership and professional development program at the AMCHAM Academy Residential 2026. Participants explored new perspectives on leading their organizations and strengthening their teams. Guest speakers covered topics including AI, balancing risk and reward, economic trends and global uncertainty, and a CEO fireside chat on leading through disruption and change. Through presentations and interactive small-group discussions, participants learnt to apply key insights to their own career paths while building valuable connections across diverse industries.

Kathryn L. Flachsbart, the Counsellor of Consular Affairs and Consul General of the U.S. Embassy, presented certificates to the participants at the end of the program.
