Meet the Candidates for the AMCHAM Board of Governors
AMCHAM Thailand is honored to present our distinguished candidates for the 2027-2028 term for the Board of Governors. The men and women listed below are leaders in the Thai and international business community, representing industries including healthcare, financial services, travel technology, life sciences, manufacturing, hospitality, and technology.
Alpana Kapur Titus
General Manager, Abbott Nutrition,
Thailand and Laos
Abbott Laboratories
Professional Background & Experience
Alpana Titus has 30 years of general management and commercial experience with Unilever, PepsiCo, Reckitt, and Abbott across Asia.
She is currently General Manager for Abbott in Thailand and Laos, overseeing a nutrition portfolio that spans from Ensure and Glucerna to specialized nutrition products like Nepro and Prosure.
Prior to this role, she was General Manager for Reckitt in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indochina. Alpana has also served as Divisional Vice President for Unilever Foods and Refreshment Division across Thailand, Vietnam, Indochina, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Alpana is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership (House of Rose Professional).
AMCHAM & Association Experience
In my previous leadership role with a British based company, I was an active member in events organized by the British Embassy and the UK Department of Business and Trade. I have also been involved in government engagement as part of the US-ASEAN Business Council.
Board Governor Goals
I would aim to represent the collective sentiment of the AMCHAM member community to external stakeholders through active engagment with AMCHAM members. I would also use my corporate experience and network to weigh in and contribute to the monthly board meetings, in order to contribute to successful outcomes of AMCHAM organized events.
Jackson Pek
Group SVP, Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer
Amadeus Asia
Professional Background & Experience
Jackson Pek is Group SVP and Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer of Amadeus, a travel technology company founded by Air France and Lufthansa, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. He leads a global team of 300 across legal, communications, and public affairs. Jackson has lived in Bangkok for over 20 years and is part Thai, giving him a deep personal and professional connection to Thailand. He previously held senior roles with AirAsia and IBM, and served on the faculty at the National University of Singapore. He holds degrees from the Wharton School at Penn as well as NYU.

Jackson serves on the Executive Board of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), a not-for-profit founded in 1951, focused on responsible tourism development across Asia Pacific. PATA connects over 400 members globally, including government tourism bodies, airlines, hospitality companies, travel businesses, and other public- and private-sector leaders across more than 90 destinations.
Jackson has also been actively involved in AMCHAM Thailand as a Co-Chair of the Legal Council, helping lead member programming and discussion on legal, regulatory, trade, compliance, governance, and public policy issues affecting businesses in Thailand.
He would bring AMCHAM Thailand practical association leadership experience, regional perspective, and a strong commitment to constructive business engagement.
Board Governor Goals
As a Governor, I would offer a perspective shaped by being both Thai and American, with legal and public affairs experience useful to AMCHAM’s advocacy and member work. I would also represent a European-headquartered company that is investing, employing, and growing in both Thailand and the U.S.
Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham

Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham has served as the Chief Country Officer, Bank of America N.A since 2013. Prior to this she served as Managing Director, Head of Global Markets and Corporate Finance, Deutsche Bank. From 1996-2000, she was the Head of Institutional Sales, Standard Chartered Bank.

AMCHAM & Association Experience
I have been actively involved with the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM) since 2016. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving four terms on the Board of Governors and two terms as AMCHAM President. I am truly proud to have witnessed AMCHAM’s evolution into one of the most influential and relevant business chambers in Thailand.
Throughout my tenure, I have worked closely with the AMCHAM team to strengthen engagement with government agencies and key stakeholders. By establishing meaningful connections and fostering constructive dialogue with policymakers and regulators, we have enhanced AMCHAM’s ability to advocate effectively on behalf of its members. Combined with the Chamber’s high-quality work and strong reputation, these efforts have reinforced AMCHAM’s value proposition and supported continued membership growth.
Within AMCHAM, I have been particularly active in the Government Affairs Council and the Customs & Excise Council. Given my professional background and strong interest in public policy, I believe I can continue to make meaningful contributions to these important councils and help advance policy initiatives that strengthen Thailand’s business environment and competitiveness.
Beyond AMCHAM, I am deeply passionate about education and youth development. I currently serve as President of the AMCHAM Thailand Foundation, President of the Triam-Udom Alumni Association, and a Committee Member of the Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association. Through these roles, I advocate for educational opportunities and talent development, believing that human capital is the foundation of Thailand’s future growth and competitiveness.
Outside of work, I am an avid golfer with a handicap of 12 and enjoy running and cycling. I hardly miss the AMCHAM ChariTee Golf Tournaments.
Board Governor Goals
If elected, I will focus on the following priorities:
1. Ensuring AMCHAM remains the most relevant and impactful chamber in Thailand, serving as a trusted voice for the business community and a bridge between the public and private sectors.
2. Promoting and attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) into Thailand, helping position the country as a preferred destination for global investors and businesses.
3. Supporting the ease of doing business for AMCHAM members through constructive advocacy, regulatory engagement, and practical solutions that address business challenges.
4. Promoting Thai innovation and helping Thai companies access the U.S. market, creating opportunities for Thai businesses to expand globally and strengthen bilateral trade and investment.
Sondra Sutton Phung

Professional Background & Experience
Sondra Sutton Phung is the General Manager of Global Truck at Ford Motor Company, leading business operations across over 180 international markets and generating billions in revenue. A seasoned executive with a 29-year tenure, she brings deep cross-border expertise from leadership roles spanning the U.S., Japan, China, and Thailand.
Sondra’s governance experience includes serving as Board Director for AutoAlliance Thailand and Vice President of the AMCHAM Thailand. She holds dual Mathematics degrees from Clark Atlanta University, where she co-founded a STEM endowment. She offers extensive global P&L management, strategic leadership, and international corporate governance.

As a seasoned two-year AMCHAM Thailand Board Governor and current Vice President, my goal is to continue driving member value by consistently exceeding board-tracked KPIs for time, talent, and treasure. I will leverage my proven governance experience to foster cross-border collaboration, strengthen government relations, and ensure maximum organizational effectiveness for our business community.
Simon Denye

Professional Background & Experience
Simon Denye has been in the Agriculture and Food processing space in South East Asia for 20 years. A Chemical Engineer from Imperial College, London, and a graduate from Cambridge University, Simon has worked in the UK for 12 years, the U.S. for five years and Thailand and the Philippines since 2003. Simon is passionate about the environment, climate change, and proud to work for a mission-driven company, such as Harmless Harvest, that aspires to be carbon negative through both regenerative farming and carbon neutral manufacturing. Simon’s career experience includes ICI Chemicals, Dole Food Company, and Harmless Harvest. Simon advises the boards of other companies including Can-Coating, Energy, CBD Oil, Sourcing/Supply Chain consultants, and Personal Protective Equipment.
AMCHAM & Association Experience
My company, Harmless Harvest, joined AMCHAM, five years ago and I was a Board Governor for four years. I have been a member of the Food and Agribusiness Council, as well as the Corporate Impact Awards Council, giving the keynote speech at the annual Awards event in November 2025. I expect to upgrade my company’s tier status in October. I was also the Treasurer of AMCHAM for over two years, during which time all finances were well managed and accounted for and the budget was beaten. I attend lots of AMCHAM events, and was often in the top three highest attending board governors for Time and Talent during my tenure. After the mandatory year off the Board following two terms, I am eager to rejoin and be part of this community.

Brad Edman

Professional Background & Experience
Brad Edman is Marriott International’s Market Vice President for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, bringing more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, including over two decades in Asia. He oversees Marriott’s diverse portfolio across the region, spanning luxury, premium, select-service, and extended-stay brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, W Hotels, Westin, Renaissance, Le Méridien, Marriott Hotels, Autograph Collection, Courtyard, Fairfield, and Four Points by Sheraton.
During his 28-year career with Marriott International, Brad has held senior leadership positions across 14 countries, including Australia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand. His accomplishments include serving as Multi-Property Vice President for Southern Thailand and leading several award-winning hotels as General Manager. Brad has been recognized with numerous leadership honors, including Asia Pacific General Manager of the Year, Global Diamond General Manager of the Year, and the Tom Ladd Award for Government Affairs. He previously served as Chairman of the Marriott Indonesian Business Council and currently advises the Thailand Junior Business Council.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia. An Australian national based in Bangkok, he is passionate about leadership development, community engagement, travel, and fostering strong business partnerships across the region.

Throughout his career, Brad has actively engaged with chambers of commerce, tourism organizations, and business associations to strengthen public-private partnerships, support workforce development, and advocate for the hospitality and travel sectors. As a senior leader with Marriott International, he has championed initiatives focused on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, community engagement, and responsible business practices.

Drawing on extensive leadership experience in hospitality and tourism, I aim to help AMCHAM strengthen member engagement, advocate for business-friendly policies, and create opportunities for collaboration that support economic growth, workforce development, and stronger commercial ties between Thailand and the United States.
Winnie Wong
Country Manager

Professional Background & Experience
As Country Manager for Mastercard Thailand & Myanmar, I bring over 25 years of experience working in various ASEAN markets, with deep insights into commercial payments solutions, banking, and the consumer goods sector. I play a pivotal role in establishing an ecosystem for safe and secure payments, thereby creating a cashless and financially inclusive society. In addition, I am passionate in driving Mastercard’s global commitment to inclusion for women and have championed several initiatives for women’s empowerment.

I am the Treasurer of AMCHAM Thailand in 2026 and Board Governor liaison for Young Professionals Committee. I am also actively involved in many AMCHAM activities including hosting Governors’ dinners, speaking engagements, and networking with members. When I was in Vietnam, I served as the AmCham HCMC Chair in 2022 and Vice Chair in 2023 and 2024.

Mo serves as Managing Director/Country Lead for Organon Thailand. He brings over two decades of leadership experience driving growth and transformation across Europe and Asia Pacific. Having led businesses at global, regional, and country levels he brings a broad enterprise perspective and expertise in the field of Biopharmaceuticals both in specialty care and established brands. He has spent the last 15 Years in Asia Pacific working on policy and fostering strong partnerships that create lasting value for patients, healthcare systems, and healthcare professionals. Mo is known for his people-centered leadership style and commitment to creating sustainable business impact.

Mo continues to champion the cause of driving social impact through U.S.-Thai trade and investment synergies for which Organon has won an AMCHAM Impact Award. This partnership with the Kenan Foundation now enters into its second phase in 2026 of building sustainable community health ecosystems and driving systemic change. In addition, Mo partnered with AMCHAM to represent the Healthcare industry at this year’s Trade and Investment Summit to help deliver a message of policy work required to address the challenges to Thailand’s ageing population, declining birth rates, and concerning unintended pregnancy rates. All of which are aligned to priorities of the Thailand Ministry of Health.

I am the Managing Director of VCON, a manufacturer of sustainable precast concrete systems serving Thailand’s infrastructure, industrial, data center, and semiconductor sectors. Having grown up and been educated in the United States before returning to Thailand, I bring firsthand understanding of both American and Thai business cultures. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with multinational corporations, government agencies, and local businesses to build long-term partnerships, advance sustainable development, and strengthen U.S.-Thailand commercial ties through collaboration and innovation.

I previously served as Co-Chair of AMCHAM Thailand Young Professionals Committee and currently serve as Co-Chair of the Small Business & Entrepreneurs Committee. In these roles, I have helped organize programs that connect members with business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts while creating opportunities for meaningful networking and collaboration.
I have also supported the AMCHAM Foundation Scholarship Program by expanding outreach to vocational schools in remote areas of Thailand, helping more students learn about and apply for educational opportunities.
Beyond AMCHAM, I serve as President of the University of California San Diego Thailand Alumni Club, where I organize professional and networking events that strengthen connections among alumni, business leaders, and the broader community.
These experiences have shown me that bringing together young professionals, SMEs, family businesses, multinational corporations, and the wider community makes AMCHAM stronger and more valuable for its members.

Nattabhorn (Ink) Buamahakul

Professional Background & Experience
Nattabhorn (Ink) Buamahakul is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Vero Advocacy, a public affairs practice she built in Thailand combining policy insight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Over more than a decade across successive Thai political transitions, she has helped multinational clients across Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia — spanning FMCG, payment technology, digital platforms, and manufacturing — manage political and regulatory risk and build government trust. She served on the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee’s sub-committee on international trade and investment (2025–2026) and was named to PRovoke’s Innovator 25 Asia-Pacific (2026).

Nattabhorn has been an active contributor to AMCHAM Thailand, serving as Co-Chair of the Creative Economy Council for the past several years, where she has helped guide the Council’s agenda and strengthen engagement between member companies and government stakeholders on issues shaping Thailand’s creative and digital industries. Beyond her own leadership role, she has actively encouraged her team at Vero Advocacy to participate across multiple AMCHAM Councils and Committees, broadening the depth of expertise and public affairs insight the organization can draw on. She has applied both to growing Vero Advocacy and to strengthening AMCHAM’s collective voice on policy issues affecting the business community.

I wish to strengthen AMCHAM’s advocacy on behalf of members by deepening the organization’s insight into Thai government policy and decision-making. Drawing on my public affairs background, I hope to support translating members’ priorities into more effective engagement with policymakers, ensuring AMCHAM’s voice is heard clearly and consistently.
