Sakchai shared Chevron's MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) Program and five things for leaders to keep in mind when striving for a successful diversity program. AMCHAM members actively participated in a question and answer session with questions ranging from how to request and consider personal data provided on resumes to measuring employee diversity against candidate qualifications.
