On August 18, the AMCHAM Digital Governance Council welcomed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s AI delegation at its first in-person meeting. The meeting discussed updates on the Thai government’s digital agenda, regulatory developments, and the outcomes of the Roundtable Discussion on Powering Growth with a Trusted Digital Ecosystem, held during the Thailand–U.S. Trade & Investment Summit 2026.
Participants exchanged insights on the draft AI Act, draft Platform Economy Act (PEA), and draft Amendments of Cybersecurity to strategize the council’s advocacy efforts.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Corporate Membership is available to companies registered in Thailand. Corporate Members receive a listing in our Member Directory, the right to nominate up to 10 representatives, and 10 vouchers that may be used at our Member Luncheons (a value of THB 15,000). Members are entitled to one vote.
Entrance Fee: THB 10,000
Annual Dues: THB 39,900
ASSOCIATE STATUS
Associate Company Status is available for companies without registration in Thailand. Their application should be accompanied by registration where the company is headquartered. Associate Companies receive a listing in our Member Directory and the right to nominate 2 representatives. Associate Companies are not considered AMCHAM members and are not entitled to a vote.

Annual Dues: THB 30,000
