The speaker outlined the Thailand-EU automotive trade landscape, trade rules, and barriers that must be addressed for the agreement to succeed. Participants raised questions on rules of origin in the automotive industry, the possibility of EU–FTA being completed by 2025, and compliance with the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
