Roundtable Meeting with the Director General of Customs Department 

On September 19, AMCHAM President Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham led Customs and Excise Council Co-Chairs in a meeting with the Director General of the Customs Department, Patchara Anuntasilpa, Deputy Director General Kitjaluck Srinuchsart, and their team.

The meeting was productive and interactive, with the AMCHAM Customs and Excise Council Co-chairs exchanging thoughts and addressing challenges related to customs procedures. The officials responded comprehensively and took the comments into consideration. Both parties agreed to continue collaborating closely to foster an efficient and effective cross-border clearance system that contributes to the nation’s growth sustainably.
