Event Highlights:

The first part of the event focused on Recent Court Cases and Revenue Department Rulings with Jonathan Blaine from DFDL in Thailand sharing his expertise. He provided a detailed explanation of the recent cases that serve as precedent judgments for other tax cases. The second part of the event was led by John Andes and Simon Choi of KPMG, who guided participants in exploring the legal implications of Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS) BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2.   

Following the presentations, an interactive question-and-answer session and open discussion allowed AMCHAM members to deepen their understanding of these topics.
