Event Highlights: AMCHAM’s new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee kicked off its first “coming out” event, that explored the current state of DEI in Thailand. Dr Drew of Sasin provided insights on how organizations can encourage diversity in leadership roles and create a more inclusive workplace. The presentation was followed by a break-out session for members to share their ideas for subjects the committee can address in the coming months.
