SBE Committee: Own Your Presence in Life and Become the Epic Leader You are Meant to be

On November 24 to over 30 attendees AMCHAM’s SBE Committee presented Own Your Presence in Life and Become the Epic Leader You are Meant to be. Greg Boudah, AMCHAM Vice President, and Owner Spokes Jewelry introduced guest speaker for the event. Motivational speaker Steven Kuhn, a U.S. Army Combat Veteran and Professional Development Coach shared insights on conscious application of the HIT philosophy- honesty, integrity, and transparency to become a successful leader.

Steven has experience in coaching business leaders improve their quality life through the HIT philosophy and scale their existing influence through mastering the art of relational capital. He has helped businesses grow and leaders reach their full potential. Describing the qualities of a HIT person, he said that these leaders are consistently forcing growth through asking questions, actively listening to problems, being solution-oriented, and by building a network of meaningful relationships through integrity. HIT works with leaders being self-assured and owning up to their own mistakes. Many leaders only feel powerful in their own area of responsibility. Steven focuses on “amplifying” your Humble Alpha to dominate any domain. All rooted from Investing in Relational Capital in your life enterprise.

This was followed by a Question and Answers session on adapting to different cultures, embracing true identity, and becoming a humble Alpha. The event was valuable for small businesses in AMCHAM’s network as it provided tools and knowledge to take businesses to the next level.
