The Governors' Table: Women Leaders

On Oct 1 at the Holiday Inn Pattaya, over 20 attendees gathered for a special edition of the The Governors’ Table series with guests of honor, U.S. Ambassador Michael George DeSombre and his wife Jean DeSombre. The event was hosted by AMCHAM President Greg Wong of Agoda, and AMCHAM Board Governor Viboon Kromadit, Director & Chief Marketing Officer of AMATA Corporation.

U.S. Ambassador Michael George DeSombre spoke about his work to strengthen the ties between the U.S. and Thailand and boost American businesses in Thailand.

One of the guests at the event also generously donated towards the AMCHAM Thailand Foundation’s scholarship fund.

This was an opportunity for members to connect with AMCHAM Board Governors in an intimate dinner setting and to connect with other members. The event was limited to allow meaningful conversations and space considerations for social distancing. Guests were given AMCHAM goody bags with GQ face masks and shields.
