The Governors’ Table at the Rosewood Bangkok
On September 10 at the Rosewood Bangkok, AMCHAM hosted its fourth The Governors’ Table. AMCHAM’s Board Governors, Jeffrey Nygaard of Seagate and Jennifer Peng of Colgate Palmolive Thailand were hosts for the evening. At the start of the event, Jeff who has recently returned from the U.S. spoke about his quarantine experience and AMCHAM’s pivot to online events, which made it easy for him to stay connected with his peers. Jennifer spoke about Thailand’s resilience and applauded the Thai Government for their excellent work in controlling Covid-19 in Thailand.
This was an opportunity for members to connect with AMCHAM Board Governors in an intimate dinner setting and to connect with other members. The event was limited to 20 guests to allow meaningful conversations and space considerations for social distancing. Guests were given AMCHAM goody bags with GQ face masks and shields. The social distancing measures provided a safe and comfortable atmosphere for Bangkok’s premiere business community to engage.
