Young Professionals

Mission: Fostering the next generation of leaders by helping connect young professionals from AMCHAM member companies and beyond through networking events and providing a fun and informal platform to learn from other professionals in Thailand.

2025 Highlights:

• Hosted an interactive workshop on Personal Branding for Young Professionals, led by Samantha Lauver-Marion of the Asian Institute of
  Hospitality Management (AIHM). Through a series of exercises, participants were able to develop their elevator pitch and boost their confidence and executive presence.
• Facilitated a site visit for members to the new Microsoft Bangkok office, followed by a presentation and panel discussion on How Young Professionals Can Lead with AI, where speakers Suchada Chiamkitrung from Microsoft, Federico Brandi from Roojai, and Aubin Samacoits from Sertis shared insights on how leading companies are integrating AI into the workplace, and the role young professionals play in driving AI innovation.
• Jointly with the Australian Chamber of Commerce, NZTCC and TSCC, hosted a TedX-inspired talk titled The Future of Work Is Already Here. Are You Ready for It? discussing the rise of non-traditional work roles. Organized From Insight to Influence: The Psychology Edge for Young
  Professionals, with guest speaker Gary van Broekhoven, consumer psychologist, university lecturer at ESADE, and inventor of the GRAMS Method™, exploring psychological dynamics in the workplace and the marketplace.
• Partnered with GTCC and other foreign chambers on the Inter-Chamber Young Professionals Networking Evening, a chance for young professionals to connect in an informal setting.
