Event Highlights:
The AMCHAM Creative Economy Council and Legal Councils jointly hosted a virtual meeting on building a trusted IP ecosystem for Thailand’s creative industries. Speakers shared perspectives on a range of topics, including the economic contributions of content industries and CEA’s initiatives; the upcoming draft AI law and its implications for content creation; and current IP-related issues in the film and music industries.
The speakers also discussed how Thailand’s IP ecosystem could be strengthened to support the creative economy amid the rise of AI. Clear and fair IP protection frameworks, industry IP awareness, and cross-sector collaboration were highlighted as key priorities.

Corporate Membership is available to companies registered in Thailand. Corporate Members receive a listing in our Member Directory, the right to nominate up to 10 representatives, and 10 vouchers that may be used at our Member Luncheons (a value of THB 15,000). Members are entitled to one vote.
Entrance Fee: THB 10,000
Annual Dues: THB 39,900
ASSOCIATE STATUS
Associate Company Status is available for companies without registration in Thailand. Their application should be accompanied by registration where the company is headquartered. Associate Companies receive a listing in our Member Directory and the right to nominate 2 representatives. Associate Companies are not considered AMCHAM members and are not entitled to a vote.

Annual Dues: THB 30,000
