At the AMCHAM Member Luncheon, speakers delivered an informative and practical discussion on leadership development, with a particular focus on AI adoption and transformation strategies. The session explored how organizations are leveraging AI to drive innovation, enhance productivity, and prepare their workforces for the future.

As part of the fourth day of the AMCHAM Thailand Foundation Career Camp, participating students also attended the luncheon and had the opportunity to share about their Career Camp experience with AMCHAM members.

During the session, speakers emphasized the importance of effective AI transformation strategies and the role of leaders in educating and mentoring younger generations on the responsible use of AI. Members also engaged in a question-and-answer session on becoming effective digital leaders. The event provided Career Camp students with a valuable opportunity to network with AMCHAM members.
