Roundtable Meeting with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation

On November 10, AMCHAM Board Governor John Evans of Tractus led an AMCHAM delegation to meet the Assistant Permanent Secretary of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), Dr. Punpermsak Aruni and representatives.

The meeting explored collaboration opportunities between the AMCHAM Thailand Foundation (ATF), AMCHAM member companies, and MHESI to enhance Thai workforce development in targeted industries.

AMCHAM delegates highlighted ATF’s mission to promote education and skill development through its scholarship programs and emphasized the role of AMCHAM member companies as valuable resources for the Ministry. Discussions focused on the Ministry’s current human capital development policies and potential areas for future collaboration.

AMCHAM reiterated member companies’ commitment to supporting the Thai government’s human capital development through corporate impact, workforce development, and student training programs.
