The AMCHAM Legal Committee hosted a panel discussion on Thailand’s evolving legal landscape. Speakers explored how recent and upcoming legal developments are reshaping the business environment. Topics included amendments to the Foreign Business Act, potential ESG legislation, HR and employment issues, the Employee Welfare Fund, and new parental leave regulations. Participants also exchanged perspectives in a dynamic question-and-answer session, sharing perspectives on turning regulatory shifts into opportunities for stronger business governance.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Corporate Membership is available to companies registered in Thailand. Corporate Members receive a listing in our Member Directory, the right to nominate up to 10 representatives, and 10 vouchers that may be used at our Member Luncheons (a value of THB 15,000). Members are entitled to one vote.
Entrance Fee: THB 10,000
Annual Dues: THB 39,900
ASSOCIATE STATUS
Associate Company Status is available for companies without registration in Thailand. Their application should be accompanied by registration where the company is headquartered. Associate Companies receive a listing in our Member Directory and the right to nominate 2 representatives. Associate Companies are not considered AMCHAM members and are not entitled to a vote.
Entrance Fee: THB 10,000
Annual Dues: THB 30,000
