Roundtable Meeting with Board of Investment Office 

On February 14, AMCHAM Vice President Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham led an AMCHAM delegation to meet with the Secretary General of Thailand’s Board of Investment Office Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General Wirat Tatsaringkansakul, and BOI senior officials. 

Secretary General Narit presented BOI’s updated key priorities and the development of non-tax incentives under the OECD’s global minimum tax adoption. He reiterated BOI’s efforts to attract new investment while retaining existing investors. These initiatives support technology transfer, advance human capital development, and promote economic growth in Thailand. 

AMCHAM delegates introduced the “Five to Thrive 2025” and shared foreign investors’ feedback on the application process. Both parties explored potential collaborations, including the upcoming Thai – U.S. Trade and Investment Summit in May 2025.
