Event Highlights:

The AMCHAM Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee Co-Chairs hosted their first meeting of 2024. They initiated the meeting with an introduction to the committee co-chairs and presented a recap of all the events organized by the committee in the past year. Attendees, including both DEI practitioners and non-DEI practitioners,  shared their challenges related to DEI from different perspectives. During the meeting, survey polls were conducted to gain ideas and new insights, exploring ways in which the community can help their business or organizations become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
