Festive Eggnog Party
On December 3rd, AMCHAM Thailand kicked off the holiday season with the annual traditional festive Eggnog party. For close to 50 years, the festive Eggnog Party has been a traditional start of the holiday season for AMCHAM members and their families.
Over 200 attendees joined this event with their children to toast in the festive season with Minor International's famous Eggnog and a fabulous holiday spread by Anantara Siam. The eggnog tasted like spiced holiday magic and was prepared by Anantara’s chef, who has been making thi drink for the event for the last 35 years.
Santa Claus made an appearance for a photo session with the children, who shared their wishes with Santa and got their face painted and played creative games at the children’s corner generously provided by Rose Marie Academy. Rose Marie Academy has been an AMCHAM member since 2002 and Executive Director, Rose Marie has been generously providing the kid’s corner for several years now so that the children can have a memorable time.
Members brought unwrapped gifts and made donations at the door to give to the children at the Father Joe's Mercy Center. The Mercy Center has been providing vulnerable children alternatives to a better life free from violence and abuse. It is a haven and family for 180 abandoned, orphaned, and trafficked children.
We capped off the event with holiday messages from Minor International’s CEO, William Heinecke, AMCHAM’s President, Gregory Bastien and Executive Director, Heidi Gallant. Members also got to witness Minor International’s tree lighting ceremony by the Thai Royal family.
