• What is the LEAN Start-up Way of Working: Mr. Ruangroj Poonpol (Krating) - Mr. Ruangroj is Managing Partner of 500 TukTuks - a 15.4 million USD micro-VC fund investing in Thailand and SEA tech start-ups. He is also a founder of Disrupt Technology Venture, a top start-up pre-accelerator program that graduated over 1000 start-up founders in Thailand. Mr. Ruangroj was named Thailand's Business Man of The Year in 2016, Asia21 Young Leader 2017, and Kauffman Fellow Class 20. He is also Advisor to the CEO of KBank and an Executive Board of Thailand Education Partner.
• Story from a Real Start-up: Mr. Natavudh Pungcharoenpong (Moo) - Mr. Natavudh is a tech entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in founding, funding and managing tech companies. He is a Founder and CEO of OOKBEE, one of SEA’s biggest user generated content communities which include books, comics, music and more. Over the past 4 years, Ookbee has raised over 30 million USD from various investors including Tencent and Intouch holdings. In addition, Mr. Natavudh is also a venture partner at 500 TukTuks.
• How to Apply LEAN in Big Corporations: Mr. Wachirachai Koonamwattana - Mr. Wachirachai is Business Transformation Director, SCG Cement – Building Materials at SCG. He has experience in finance, M&A, strategic planning and business development. Mr. Wachinrachai holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan and attended Harvard’s Business School's Advanced Management Program.
