You’re invited to attend the Business Economics Committee meeting for the "Overview of Developments in the Thai Property Market" with guest speaker James Pitchon, Executive Director from CB Richard Ellis.
Mr. Pitchon is responsible for servicing property requirements of multi-national corporations in Thailand and he has also been responsible for the coordination of more than 1,000 multinational corporation property transactions in Thailand over the last twenty-seven years.
Mr. Pitchon will survey what is happening in Bangkok and surrounding markets with insightful comments on economic and social developments. His annual presentations are always informative and enjoyable.
Experience & Education
Mr. Pitchon joined CBRE in 1987 in Hong Kong, and established the company’s Beijing office in the People’s Republic of China where he was responsible for leasing the China World Trade Centre. He joined the Bangkok Office in 1990. He coordinates the property requirements of multinational companies wishing to establish or expand offices and manufacturing operations in Thailand. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic, UK, 1985.
