At our March meeting we will look into how to make the right moves to utilize technology in transforming the way we manage our talent.
Digital technology is changing the way we live, the way we work, and the way business is organized and conducted. This is also true for the area of people management. HR and business leaders now are presented with a great opportunity to revolutionize the entire employee experience using technology.
To help us understand the possibilities of what technology can do to help us interact with our talent better, John Lim, ASEAN Workforce Science & Analytic leader, IBM Kenexa will give us a perspective on how HR practices can be improved through a better understanding of analytic data. Additionally, Mellissa Ripton and Martin Kilcline, Agoda HR specialists who lead the implementation of Workday HRIS system, will also share their experience on what it takes to implement a HRIS in the organization, what are some positive benefits that we can expect, and what are some challenges or limitation that we should be aware of.
